The Digital Client Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for automotive dealership clients, primarily focusing on delivering performance reporting but also acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams. They will need to have a strong customer service focus and be able think on their feet to help answer questions and resolve client concerns. Additionally, they will be able to shift focus quickly, from client to client, and review client performance reporting confidently across several digital marketing tactics from digital advertising to search engine optimization as well as website performance.
- 1-3 Years of Account Management experience
- Google Analytics Certification
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with the following software/tools/applications: Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
- Sales experience a plus. This is not a sales role but there will be sales opportunities to speak to clients about.
